Focusing on what you want
Everything is energy and energy expands so it is important that we focus on the positive aspects in our lives to create a feeling of abundance rather than the negative aspects which lead to a poverty mentality. If you are ever feeling hard done by, consider sitting down and writing a list of all the good things you have and the great qualities you possess. You may be surprised!!

How to make your heart sing!
Do things you love! Be passionate! Forget what other people think and feed your own hopes and dreams and desires. That may seem selfish to you but give it a try. Do things for your own Highest Good! Feed your Soul! You know who you are or you are at least on the journey to find out! Be daring, be brave! Trust in the Universe. Trust in Yourself!

The value of journaling
I’ve come to realise over the years that jounaling one’s thoughts has an enormous value in terms of “letting go” of needless worries. Sometimes it is just too hard to express our thoughts verbally but somehow these can be written down more easily and that in itself becomes comforting. You can scrawl away in anger or despair and then close the book and sleep more easily.
By the same method you can scribble down plans and hopes and dreams and even if these can’t yet be expressed or shared with anyone, you have found comfort in the writing down of ideas. You can have a book next to your bed and should you wake in the night you can journal your thoughts and then get back to sleep. For all the clients who have listened to my suggestion of journaling – keep up the good work!!
